Building Energy Efficiency Certificate

The CBD (Commercial Building Disclosure) Program came into full effect
on the 1st of November 2011 and requires most sellers, lessors or sub-lessors of office spaces greater than 1000m2 to disclose a valid and current Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC) before selling or leasing their building on the market. This is necessary to comply with current Australian Government regulations.

NABERS Rating

A NABERS Energy Rating based on energy audits of the past 12 months.

CBD Tenancy Lighting Assessment

A CBD TLA establishes the Nominal Lighting Power Density (NLPD) of relevant functioning spaces in a building. This certification is valid for 5 years.
